►SCAN 215 is a special type of cleanser that removes various scales rapidly without corroding iron, copper, aluminum or wooden materials for coolers and boilers. It is extensively used for hot water boiler, heat exchanger heater, cooling tower, gas cooler, heat conduction for water-cooled equipments, surface reformation, rust removal, etc

- Ingredients : Inorganic detergent & dispersant polymer biodegradable agent, corrosion inhibitor

- Form : Colorless or yellow liquid

- Viscosity(CPS) : Max. 100(Brookfield #62, 60rpm)

- Specific garvity : 1.1±0.05

►Effect

- Does not generate harmful vapor.

- Dissolute and disperses scale and rust for easy treatment.

- Stable with corrosion prevention.

- Excellent workability since suspension time is minimized.

(Operated in normal temperature)

►How to use

- Dilute according to the level of scale(10-20%)

- Lower dilution rate to 5-10% for use with cooling tower, compared to normal system.

- Cycle the operation for 6-8 hours while the machine is not being operate.

►Cautions

- Wear mask and gloves to avoid contact with human body.

- Wash thoroughly when there is contact
