VUV Ionizer SVH-K24
Product Description
It is a static eliminator using Vacuum Ultra Violet ray (VUV) that can remove static electricity in the decompression and inert gas environment. Simple Real-time On/Off control system minimizes unnecessary VUV exposure to the electrified object.

1. Eliminating Static electricity in inert gas such as N2, Ar, etc.
2. Maximum antistatic performance under decompressed vacuum condition.
3. Lower exothermic reation compared to the others minimize process affect.
4. Minimize UV light exposure through real-time On/Off control.
5. Head Fail and replacement alarm is displayed in real time.
6. Easy maintenance which is only the lamp replacement is available.

Cautions
1. This product emits high-energy ultraviolet rays. Depending on the usage environment, a film that lowers the light transmittance of the radiation window may be formed by photochemical reaction (CVD), so lighting in a high vacuum or inert gas is recommended.
2. Do not touch the light irradiation window with bare hands. If the light is lit with fingerprint marks or dust on it, the light will be smudged and the radiation output intensity will be reduced.
3. Do not scratch the vacuum flange mounting part. There is a possibility that the vacuum flange performance will deteriorate and the vacuum may not be maintained.
